Rich Eason is amazing! He was very professional, well-informed, responsive, and put in the extra effort to make the experience more positive for my family. After my father passed away in January, it was a very emotional time and a big challenge to get my parent's home ready for sale. Rich went above and beyond what was expected and even helped us with moving my mother into a retirement community. He connected me with a home stager to provide recommendations on how to prepare the house for sale, offered referrals to an estate sale company and painter, and supported me through the HOA review process. Rich was also very strategic in his method for setting the listing price, managing the showings and open house, and then sorting through the multiple offers. As first time homebuyers, we needed a lot of guidance and had very little understanding of the entire homebuying process as a whole. Rich was fantastic to work with as he spent a lot of time educating us in the early stages of our work together.We originally met Rich when we went to an open house. Despite it being clear that we were not planning to buy the home he was showing, he was still helpful and offered several recommendations and resources for where we were in the the very early stages. Most realtors are quick to dismiss you if you are not going to be putting in an offer. This is where Rich immediately stood out and why I kept his card despite not being anywhere near ready to start the homebuying process.Several months later, when my husband and I were ready to dip our toes in the water, we reached out to Rich and several other realtors to start interviewing and finding who we would work with. This is where Rich really started to shine. Not only was Rich incredibly responsive, but he embraces technology (a big plus in my opinion) and always made us feel like we were his only clients.Rich's attentiveness didn't stop there. It was indeed fortunate that a random request to see a property resulted in connecting us with Richard Eason. After showing us that first property we knew we wanted him to be our buyer's realtor and the next year and a half he arranged showings of numerous properties for us. We were very focused in our search and of course he knew the process and details of purchasing a home but beyond that his insights into specific potential challenges and possibilities with each was extraordinary and gave us a high degree of confidence as decisions were made.
